The Board of Trustees of the Kenedy Independent School District (AKISD@) hereby serves notice that it will accept sealed bids for the following real property (“Property”):
3.15 acres, more or less situated within the city limits of Kenedy, out of the Carlos Martinez 15 League Grant, Abstract No. 6, Karnes County, Texas and being a part of Block 6, Nichols Addition No. 1 as shown on the plat of record in volume 75, page 602 of the deed records of Karnes County, Texas.
