Contact us The Countywide is a weekly newspaper that publishes on Wednesdays, serving all of Karnes County Texas, including the communities of Kenedy, Karnes City, Runge and Falls City. One-year subscriptions are $26 in Karnes County, $32 elsewhere in Texas, $40 elsewhere in the U.S. Two-year subscriptions are $48 in Karnes County, $60 elsewhere in Texas, $75 elsewhere in the U.S. To subscribe, or to inquire about advertisement rates, give us a call, write us a letter, send us a fax or an e-mail. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. After hours, items can be dropped off through the mail slot located next to the front office door.
