A Karnes County grand jury returned 43 indictments Dec. 6, charging several individuals with a variety of crimes.

Of the 43 indictments, 13 were theft related, nine were drug related, and five were sex related crimes. Two individuals were charged with indecency with a child and one was charged with sexual assault of a child. Two individuals also were charged with injury to a child.

Indictments:

Alford Burrow — DWI, subsequent offense.

Michael Dawdy — DWI with child passenger.

Javier Garza — theft.

Jesus Garza — theft.

Marcos Garza — theft.

Ramon Hernandez — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Andrew Lopez — possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Ernest Perez, Jr. — possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver.

Jenaro Ramirez — evading arrest.

George Rodriguez — possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Michael Zapata — possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Norma Diaz — hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Ernesto Flores — evading arrest.

Jesus Garcia, Jr. — indecency with a child.

Brian Kotara — sexual assault of a child.

Billy Leal — possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Felix Salinas — burglary of a building.

Kevin Williams — two counts of burglary of a building.

Reynaldo Alcorta — burglary of a building.

Robert "Rub" Riedel — theft.
