Incumbent Runge Mayor Homer Lott defeated challenger Edelia Ramirez 186-78.

Incumbent Runge ISD District 4 Trustee Felix Zapata defeated challenger Eloy Nunez 21-13.

Incumbent Kenedy ISD District 1 Trustee Velma Garza defeated challenger Gino Garcia 50-31.
