The Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kenedy is hosting a "Ladies Tea" with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.

The event will feature "The Apron Lady" of Shiner with her collection of over 600 aprons.

Also, there will be a fashion show presented by Neva’s Boutique.

Door prizes will also be presented at the fundraising event with proceeds going toward support of the Karnes County Relay for Life.

The Tea will take place at the church on Sunday, Feb. 10 starting at 3 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to bring an unusual apron and tell its story.
